Multiple fitness centers are available for exercisers of all abilities.  The co-ed facility has state-of-the-art treadmills, bicycles, Stairmaster, rowing machine, health rider and sufficient weight machines for even the most ardent exerciser.  It also has separate men's and women's showers, steam and saunas. The co-ed facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Separate men's and women's facilities are available for those who may be uncomfortable in a co-ed environment. The separate facilities are open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.  Both men's and women's facilities have treadmills, bicycles and rowers, as well as showers, steam and sauna facilities.
