**Important Notice
The unit owners at Skyline Square, like those of other condominiums and planned communities, have established governing rules to ensure a pleasant lifestyle.  Our complete house rules are available on our website.  Several significant rules you should consider when buying or leasing a condominium at Skyline Skyline are:

Occupancy:  Limited according to the size of each unit, as follows:

Pets:  Not permitted on Skyline Square property.

Moves:  Move-ins and move-outs are scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM, and may not be scheduled on Sundays or holidays.  Moves must be scheduled in advance on a first come, first serve basis.  There is a $200 move-in fee, but no move-out fee.

Leases:  Six-month minimum.  A copy of the lease must be provided to the Management Office before a move-in can be scheduled. 

Occupancy Information:  Residents are asked to complete the Occupancy Information Form at move-in and update it at least annually.  New residents will need to schedule a New Resident Orietation with the Management Office.  The office must be provided a key for emergency purposes.
