North Building - 455 Units
In the first phase of the the North Building (Phase 2A), the unit plans are the same from the 1st through the 26th floors. In the second phase (Phase 2B) however, the developer offered Tier 10 (Carmel) and Tier 11 (Calais) units as one bedrooms on the 1st through the 5th floors, but combined them into a two-bedroom plan (Acadia) on the 6th through the 26th floors. In addition, Tier 11 (1-5) and Tier 13 (all floors) are both identified as the Calais. The developer also combined and/or re-configured other models referred to collectively as the Galaxy Suites on the 21st through the 26th floors. Because the developer offered various options and subsequent owners may have made alterations to the original plan, you should confirm the floor plan with the owner.
